    @ArloSmartHome @Forbes Arlo, you get two thumbs down on streaming ability and reliability the core service. It's spotty at best. Even with multiple #WiFi 6 extenders just feet away from each camera hundreds of MB down and dozens up load stream speeds on the home network. Very unreliable service.

    @excag @ArloSmartHome I don't like all the bias to have to send data out of my local network here. Like, zero desire to do that. Which is why I chose @ArloSmartHome and not competitors, they let you. I just want them to spend ONE more product cycle on local base station. It's SO CLOSE. Fix the bugs!

    @ArloSmartHome Things get lost in translation when talking to Arlo support for cameras. I asked to speak to someone else, the tech person refused. Could not understand his accent & he talked too fast. Bad first impression of Arlo.

    @ArloSmartHome I just called for support for my Arlo 2 camera. I could not understand the accent the tech had, plus he talked too fast. Asked to be transferred to someone else & he would not. 1st time caller, new user, bad impression of Arlo.

    @ArloSmartHome I just want to give you a heads up that you guys are blowing it by not offering custom notification sounds for IOS. I don’t know what kind of dog and pony show your running but someone needs to fix this!

    @ArloSmartHome Don’t buy this camera. Once the 3 month trial subscription is up, recording stops too unless you subscribe. Really poor form!

    FYI, if you buy @ArloSmartHome and try to setup a payment for their service while still on trial subscription they will take your money and not provide a refund. Terrible service.

    @ArloSmartHome @Forbes @ArloSmartHome has so many issues, if anyone is considering make sure you go to their community site and to r/arlo before buying in. Lots of stuff requires a sub and the cameras lose connections constantly. Very poor security.

    @ArloSmartHome Hi there - I am having trouble with all three of my Essential Spotlight Cameras. The app says they are offline, but the internet is working. I've tried all your troubleshooting options and they still don't work. I emailed last night but have not gotten a response.

    @ArloSmartHome Arlo base station switches to the same wifi channel of adjacent router no matter what. This is idiotic and fundamentally broken. Please fix.

    @ArloSmartHome I just wanted to stop by and say, after 4 years of Arlo and multiple upgrades I realize your systems are absolute **** in all caps. So much is missed if I didn’t have multiple cams in the same area I would never have known. BE WARNED, DONT BUY THIS JUNK.

    @JimmyHLin @ArloSmartHome I had the same problem Jimmy. Believe it took over a week to hear back finally. Then, when they finally do respond, they ask you to provide the same information you sent several messages ago.
